Never say ' I can't ' because YOU CAN !
I won't lie , it's not easy ... It's not quick ...
It's a lifestyle change, and by that I mean changing your priorities / the way you eat / the way you think .
You have to WANT it to be able to achieve your goal !
I was a FAD dieter - I tried Isagenix , calorie counting , cutting down on carbohydrates, starving myself , Tony Ferguson , soup diets and much more . Yes , I saw results but the quicker I saw them the quicker I fell back into bad habits . I remember thinking "Yes , I've lost a KG I can eat KFC and cake for dessert. " For the next week I would binge on any bad food I could find and stop training , while losing motivation. I always ended back at square one.
I'm not saying you cannot eat take away / chocolate / cheese or have a nice glass of wine , just eat in moderation keep training to help assist your body burning calories (calories in VS calories out. )
Feed your body good fuel foods - healthy fats and good amounts of fiber .
For example: Swap white bread for brown or multigrain . Swap white potato for sweet potato , swap full fat milk for skim or low fat ....
Little changes go a long way !!!
If I can do it , you can do it !
This is a 10 year transformation- High School to Fitness Model Competitions . This was never a goal I thought possible for myself . Believe in yourself and know that once you change your ways to succeed you will feel so much better for it and your body will also thank you !!
